Arguably the best hotel in town with a central location, Michelin-starred restaurant and 27 smart bedrooms and suites. Some of the bedrooms are small at 15m2 but these are ideal for cost-effective single occupancy, others range from 42m2 to 61m2 with some featuring living room and dressing area. The restaurant has recently ditched its Michelin star in favour of more local and hearty cuisine and a keener-priced menu…Good news for hungry golfers.
The bar is popular with the trendy locals for the cocktails, terrace and garden which is an oasis of calm just 100 yards from the fun town of Fontainebleau with its numerous bars, restaurants, market, shops and Napoleon’s favourite chateau. Free WIFI.

For apres-golf afternoons, the famous forest starts a short walk away and the artists’ villages of Barbizon and Moret sur Loing are beautiful. You can also head into Paris on the 45-minute train service from Fontainebleau train station.

Payable parking is either at the nearby exterior car park or interior car park but there’s a drop-off area by the hotel for when you’re arriving or checking-out with your luggage.
