Golf Holidays in Bali

An Indonesian island, Bali is home to several religious sites and a beautiful way of life. Famous for its yoga and meditation retreats, Bali is also a great destination for an exotic golf holiday. Renowned for its scenic rice terraces, fragrant cuisine, stunning beaches and myriad of smaller islands, Bali is regularly voted among the world’s top tourist destinations, the island is part of the Coral Triangle and boasts a massive bio-diversity. With Bali, there are 10 Royal Balinese houses which make up the Bali Kingdom.

Culture is at the forefront of Bali’s attractions and you’ll find a mix of Indian and Chinese influences. The island measures 95 miles wide and 70 miles long and features several peaks of nearly 7000 ft, including a volcanic mountain. The fauna and flora includes many unique species and is increasingly eco-orientated to protect its marvellous natural gifts. The climate is another benefit as Bali has one of the most even climates of the region with an average temperature of 30C. The rainy season is from December to March so its best to avoid these to really enjoy your golf and the sights. I’d also suggest avoiding July and August as the resorts get too busy.

Getting to Bali involves a stop-off in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur or Dubai and I can either book your flights straight through to Bali or arrange a short-break at your stop-off point to add another dimension to your holiday.
