Course overview

Vaugouard is a beautiful golf course.  It looks difficult at first but it’s very playable if you’re not greedy.  This is a course where the first shot is the most important as the bunkers and dog-legs can catch the wayward drive.  Play short of the hazards and accept a slightly longer shot to the green and you won’t go wrong.  The back nine features a wandering stream that merits attention on no less than four holes.  We like Vaugouard and it’s never too busy – in fact, midweek the course is practically yours.   Contact me to talk about the great-value “golf and hotel” deals at the on-site four-star Domaine de Vaugoaurd.
