Senlis is one of the most charming small towns in the region with cobbled streets, Roman remains, a handsome cathedral and a lively but refined dining scene that feels genuinely local. The hotel bedrooms are simple but the ambience is so French and so relaxing. The hotel brasserie is popular with the locals, bar drinks are keenly priced and there’s a cellar and terrace for wine-tasting and lazy afternoons.
