Le Grand Hotel is the most elegant hotel in this most elegant of French seaside resorts. It’s just a five minute stroll from the marina, the glorious Plage de l’Ecluse beach and a myriad of restaurants, bars and the famous casino.

The Hôtel Barrière Le Grand Hôtel Dinard opened in the 1860’s. It was last renovated in 2020 by Alexandre Danan to provide the latest in style and design. Boasting unique, sweeping views over the Vicomté Bay, the hotel has an aristocratic yet homely feel with the emphasis on total comfort. The 86 air-conditioned rooms and suites of Grand Hotel Dinard offer a view of the sea, the town or the charming private garden. At the restaurant Le George V, enjoy even more elegance and sophistication in one of Dinard’s most iconic restaurants preceded by a “loosener” at the cocktail bar “Le 333”. And there’s a great host of restaurants in the resort as well as five with Michelin-stars within 10 miles of the resort.
Bedrooms start at 25m2 Superior and work up to the 50m2 Junior Suite Sea View. All elegantly decorated. The hotel has a beautiful spa, indoor pool, and hotel residents have use of the hotel’s bikes and tennis courts. Le Grand is very generous with quality and deserves its excellent and long-standing reputation. It’s a high-end way to enjoy Northern Brittany.
