O’Connor, Amendoeira TARGET

Course overview

The manicured fairways on the O’Connor course cut through the rich valley and you need accurate play to avoid falling foul of the dramatic bunkers and water hazards. The course mostly allows for being slightly off the mark but punishes “big time” if you hit a poor shot. Clubbing is very important as the greens are often raised. A firm challenge, I find the O’Connor slightly gimmicky but it’s good fun and the scenery is gorgeous.
