I am delighted to provide my quotations for a holiday at Les Bordes. The resort is looking better than ever with increased facilities such as tennis, cycling, horse-riding, renovated Cottages and outstanding villas. Plus, the level of service has improved with a very impressive management team in place.
I would rate the cottages as good quality four-star with excellent beds and bathrooms, our clients are lodged in the Premium cottages overlooking the 18th fairway and with private terrace and pagoda.
The Old Course is in stunning condition and still a fabulous challenge. The 10-hole Wild Piglet course is ideal for a loosener. You can also request to play the New Course when you’re there – the course won’t be busy but guests are not allowed to play in front of, or behind members. That said, the New will be excellent but has some way to go before it reaches ideal condition. The second best course in the area is Les Aisses which is now rated No.6 in France and is just 30 minutes from Les Bordes – Les Aisses is now a wonderful heathland layout with several fantastic holes.
I’ve provided prices for Cottages for five nights if there are four or six in your party and listed the option if you want to have a one-night stop-off en-route. If there are eight of you in the party, the price for the superb four-bedroom villa with private pool become attractive (and there would be very little reason/discount to have a night en-route).
The clubhouse offers more facilities but the ambience is just as glorious, the food was reasonably priced and the town of Beaugency is a very short drive away.
Flexiplus travel has been removed to keep the cost down and I have also listed the discount if you travel four in a car.
