Course overview

Two easy-walking and unfussy designs provide ideal holiday golf – particularly if you’re staying at the on-site Hotel Guadalmina.

The courses are not long but the greens are small so there’s plenty of challenge. There are three distinct designs to the 36 holes – the few links holes on the South, the majority of parkland holes which require accuracy more than length and the slightly wider and longer holes on the top plateau of the North course. Throughout, the layout meanders through a pretty residential estate and the atmosphere is relaxed and traditional.

The clubhouse is next to the newly-launched golf academy and serves nice food overlooking the putting green. There are two “snack stations” on the golf course.

Choose to stay at Hotel Guadalmina and you start on the 11th and finish on the 10th – both right next door to the hotel where there is a supply of buggies if needed.
