Yet another fine example of the MGallery ethos – taking an old hotel in a great location and transforming it into the “in” place to be. The restaurant has always been good but is now a pretty place. The 83 bedrooms are quite masculine in their décor but the Burdigala has always been dark and moody and ideal for a party of men with a decent budget. For ladies and couples, we have other suggestions.
