Course overview

With 27 holes around a lake and adjacent to the Mediterranean, Saint Cyprien was known among many golfers in the 1970’s and 80’s as great sunshine golf from October to March when the weather back home got miserable. We’ve booked countless 14-night half-board and golf packages here. Time marches on and there are now more famous destinations but Saint Cyprien is still a nice resort offering good value-for-money and a sunshine escape away from the crowds.

Each nine is different in style: the front nine is quite open and long with raised greens, the back nine is very American in design with lots of water. Together they rate as a par 73 and just over 7000 yards from the championship tees. La Foret does what it says on the tin and measures 3200 yards off the tips. A pretty and classic 27-hole layout 15 minutes from Perpignan and just a mile from the marina and famously sunny beaches.
