Also a part of La Quinta Waldorf Astoria resort, the Stadium, Norman & Nicklaus make up the golfing quintet that will make your mouth water.
If you’re a purist, the Stadium Course is not for you with its “water, water” everywhere approach but its visually stunning and a fun over-the-top test of golf – best to bring lots of not-so-new golf balls and play Matchplay!
The Nicklaus Course should be played off the Regular (6061 yards) or Gold tees (5627) to avoid being humbled as the course gets a lot tighter when you play further back. This is Nicklaus at his most imaginative and the golf is a visual treat too. And last but not least is the Norman Course which is one of my favourites in the area – the water doesn’t dominate, the fairways entice and the bunkering is superb. Plus, the flora adds a beautiful element to the game.
