Nimes Campagne Golf Club PARKLAND
Course overview
The most respected golf course in Languedoc and also well worth the drive if you’re staying in Provence, Nimes Campagne is a very subtle but very welcoming design cut through slightly undulating woodland about 15 minutes south of Nimes.
Several time host to the European Tour, Bernhard Langer owns the course record of 65 from a par of 72 and just over 6600 yards off the white tees. The course starts off well and the pace doesn’t slacken but the difficulty does with a terrific stretch around the turn and the end.
The beautiful clubhouse provides the finishing touch and the food and setting are worthy of a visit even by non-golfers.
