Nantes La Vigneux Golf Club PARKLAND
Course overview
The oldest golf course in south Brittany and the Loire Atlantique, Nantes la Vigneux dates back to 1921. We’ve known the course for nearly 30 years and we haven’t seen it looking better: the enlarged and renovated clubhouse, the ongoing course tweaks, knowledgeable course maintenance and the wonderful woodland site just outside the historic city of Nantes all make for a good golf club.
The course features plenty of doglegs and a par of 72 over 6435 yards. With so many doglegs you need to shape the ball or be prepared to keep your driver in your bag on several holes. There’s a stream running through the course as well, so make sure you look at the yardage chart to avoid a needless penalty.
