Course overview

La Grande Romanie allows you to open your shoulders without having to worry too much but you do still have to have a good short game as the greens are canny and well-protected. The maintenance at Golf de la Grande Romanie could be better but the setting is peaceful and the golf course is rarely busy. Play off the yellows at 6000 yards with a par of 72 and you’ll have plenty of time for a nice lunch in the renovated clubhouse and then on to some of the vineyards on your way back to Epernay or Reims.
