Hardelot Les Dunes and Les Pins are two beautiful pine-forest courses with manicured fairways and challenging bunkers. A firm favourite with keen golfers since the 1980's and Hardelot Les Pins is rated in Europe's Top 30.
Hardelot has two beautiful courses, just 30 minutes from Calais

Northern France is truly the ideal short-break destination for golfers and their families.   Everyone knows how easy it is to travel with Eurotunnel from Folkestone to Calais, and the golf courses start just 30 minutes from the Eurotunnel terminal at Calais.  From there, it’s great golf, huge beaches, soft landscapes and fun resorts all the way down the coast towards Amiens.

For golf, Northern France is hard to beat with three courses in Europe’s Top 100 – Hardelot Les Pins, Le Touquet La Mer and Belle Dune would satisfy the most demanding of golfers and many clients rate Hardelot Les Dunes just as highly.  If you love links, you’ll love Wimereux and the parkland course at Saint Omer hosts the European Challenge Tour every year.

And whilst the golfers are enjoying the pine-lined fairways, non-golfers can explore the massive beaches and laid-back resorts with shops, bars and restaurants galore.   The local forests are brilliant and there are many cultural sights to visit – such as the massive Nausicaa Sea Museum in Boulogne-sur-Mer.

Prices are keen and eating and drinking is very reasonable if you don’t go “off-piste”!

In this era of rushing around and stressful airports, self-drive holidays are, once again, becoming increasingly attractive and Northern France is best placed to appeal to discerning golfers wanting the best out of their free time.
