The Earls was built as a potential Ryder Cup venue and cuts through tight woodland and then opens up to be more a “stadium course” with water hazards and great viewing points.
The Kings course is the more open of the two courses at The Warwickshire and is easier off the tee. However, the huge greens and water hazards mean that you have to pay particular attention to the yardages and not just “bash the ball”.
With a good 9-hole academy course and modern practice facilities, it’s a fine set-up and designed to cater for beginner to wannabe Pro.
