Three loops of very good nine holes designed by Tom Simpson in 1929 and added to by Henry Cotton in the 1960s. Laid out over 70ha of Mont Canisy, the parkland course is technical as there are challenges facing every shot. Saying that, if you’re playing well you will score well as the greens are true and the course isn’t overlong for the modern golf ball. Surrounding the Hotel du Golf and with good practice facilities and lively clubhouse, New Golf Deauville is looking very well.
