Le Moulin de Connelles is a four-star hotel located in a 19th-century Anglo-Norman manor on a private island in the Seine river in the heart of Normandy. It offers a charming and romantic setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, just one hour away from Paris and 30 minutes from Rouen. No wonder it’s featured in several films. The hotel is surrounded by a three-acre park with lush gardens, a heated outdoor pool and a solarium.
The hotel has 12 rooms and suites that are individually decorated with antique furniture, elegant fabrics and refined details. Each room has a private bathroom, some with a spa bath, and offers a view of the river or the countryside. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a minibar, a safe and free Wi-Fi. Some suites also have a separate living area and a step-out balcony. The bedrooms are all large enough for three or four nights but we’d suggesting upgrading to a Junior Suite if staying for longer.
