A soft links with the Atlantic Ocean on three sides, Dooks gives you the full experience without too many challenges and is an ideal, great-value opener to your golf holiday. Laid out in 1889, it was extended to 18 holes in the 1970’s. It starts off fairly gently and then you’ve got to start playing properly from the excellent par three fourth right through to the 16th hole when you can take your foot off the pedal for the three, relatively simple, closing holes.
