Course overview

GOLF SANTA PONSA I was inaugurated in 1977, becoming the first golf course in the municipality of Calviá and the second in Mallorca.

Located in one of the best properties in the municipality with beautiful views of the Puig de Galatzó, it is a long course of 6,543 metres that has a course of 18 holes (Par 72), with hole 10 (Par 5) being one of the longest in Europe at 590 metres.

It hosted the European Tour seven times with players such as Severiano Ballesteros, Bernard Langer, José Mª Olazábal, Miguel A. Jiménez, Jesper Partnevick, Lee Westwood, Colin Montgomerie, Ian Woosnam, Vijay Singh, etc.
