Who we are – My company, Golf Holidays by Morgan, is a specialist tour operator providing tailor-made golf holidays and luxury non-golfing holidays around the world.   I’ve been making golf holidays since my early teenage years when my mother started the very first tour operator specialising in golf holidays in France (Hardelot Holidays and French Golf Holidays) and we steadily grew to offer destinations worldwide.   I take pride in our knowledge and our personal service and experience.  We were the founder member of IAGTO and ABTOF, have advised various tourist authorities on golf tourism and my companies have sent over 400,000 golfers on their holidays – from day trips to round-the-world tours.

I like working with similarly-minded and friendly people with travel and organisational skills.  We have Simon Lee – a former Tour player and Vice-President of Ralph Lauren, Donna Frankland who comes with a wealth of administrative and client care experience, Monty who helps us with research and Veronika Kovzik who has worked in tourism in several countries.  We’re all about quality not quantity.

Morgan’s Experience – I’ve played golf since the age of 8 and am a passionate traveller who has visited and played on hundreds of courses in dozens of countries.  I’ve competed in national amateur championships in England and France and also for the British Universities team.  I started working for my family golf tour operating company – French Golf Holidays; the holiday company that made France a popular golfing destination, when still at school. After a few years away studying, travelling and working for larger organisations, I returned to French Golf and slowly grew the company and it was voted the Best Specialist Operator for France. I also created GolfPlanet Holidays, Concierge Collection and Play&Stay. I then passed those holiday companies onto others and concentrated on a luxury hotel business in France.

In 2017 I set up Golf Holidays by Morgan. During Covid, as well as guiding clients to as many safe holidays as possible, I studied for the PGA Diploma in Golf Management and built and implemented a business-model for the resurrection of a failing golf club in France.  I returned to the UK in 2019 and am based near Sevenoaks in Kent.

For me, creating golf holidays enables me to share my passion for the game, love of travel, appreciation of beautiful hotels and delicious food – a perfect combination for a perfect holiday.
