The hotel offers 165 stylish bedrooms and two championship golf courses designed by O’Meara and Montgomerie. Additionally, 18 of the bedrooms are in the original manor (The House). Guests like Queen Victoria and Grace Kelly once stayed here.. Each of these rooms is individually decorated with unique designs. The remaining rooms are in the modern Garden Wing, offering golf course views and a bright, contemporary style finished to the highest standards. More spacious are the Superior Balcony bedrooms with views over the golf.
The Fairmont hotel proudly showcases its renowned restaurants. Carton House features the stunning Morrison Room, where old-fashioned service meets haute cuisine. Guests can also enjoy Kathleen’s, a bistro set in the old servant’s kitchens, or dine at The Carriage House brasserie for a more relaxed experience
