La Finca
With three courses and a smart hotel, La Finca offers you a complete golf holiday without leaving the resort. The three courses thankfully vary in design and difficulty but all are fairly American in design – wide fairways and big greens with numerous hazards in between. It’s fun and enjoyable.
Of the three, La Finca is the most challenging and is rated highly in Spain. The greens are of quite novel shapes. Las Ramblas is the tightest and arguably the prettiest course and the greens are the easiest to read so it’s the ideal course to start your week on. And the original course, Villamartin, has hosted golfing stars from the 1970’s to late 90’s until it was surpassed by newer courses with bigger budgets.
