Golf Parc is rated among the Top 20 Golf courses in France and is the only golf course we know that has its peak season in the autumn. Why? Because of the colouring of the 15,000 tree specimens collected from around the world! This is a scenic golf course (with clubhouse to match) if ever there was one with bunkers, water hazards and the magnificent trees lining the fairly generous fairways. The course isn’t long and it doesn’t pay to be greedy so “think before you drive” as it’s sometimes the case that a shorter tee-shot followed by a longer approach is the right play. A highly enjoyable golf course in a pocket of fine courses including Vaucouleurs, Le Prieure and Chouette.
Golf Parc also has the three-star Le Gingko dormy house literally just down the road and the clubhouse serves hearty lunchtime food as well as there being a couple of super restaurants in the adjacent villages. A play and stay package here is terrific value with the French countryside providing the most relaxing of environments.
